hello!
I’m Elliot

Hi, I’m Elliot. I’m a fully insured force-free dog trainer and pet photographer based in Falmouth. I help people and their dogs build better communication, confidence, and connection through kind, reward-based training methods. Ethical and science-backed, always.

I’m a qualified Animal Training Instructor (ATI) with the Professional Association of Canine Trainers (PACT) and work with all breeds, ages, and personalities, from bouncy goofballs to sensitive rescues. My approach is tailored to real life, not perfection.

This is a space where everyone is welcome. I’m proud to create an inclusive, LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-friendly environment where both you and your dog can learn, grow, and feel supported every step of the way.

Parker’s Gundogs

I got my first gundog, Merryn, when she was 8 weeks old. She was frustrated, shouted her way through every group training class, and was a general menace in the streets. My other gundog, Rumo, is sensitive and worried about everything, and he’s taught me that muzzles are not a barrier to learning. I wish I’d discovered gundog training sooner. It’s changed their lives and mine - they’re calmer, happier, and more fulfilled.

What I love most is how easy and accessible it is. A retrieve dummy fits neatly in my pocket, which is a lot simpler than trying to stuff an agility tunnel into my treat pouch. I also love making the most of where I live in Cornwall, training across woodlands, fields, and beaches to give my dogs the variety and challenge they crave.

I don’t take part in shoots, but I believe gundog training is still an incredible outlet for these breeds. With more and more working-line dogs being kept as pets, many are struggling to find the right kind of fulfilment, and too many are ending up in rescue. I want to help change that by showing people how rewarding, enriching, and fun life with a gundog can be when you give them the work they were bred to do.
